Available throughout the entire month of November, this bespoke dish embodies the essence of curated discovery.

Inspired by Trip.Best’s mission to help travellers uncover the world’s finest experiences, The Voyager’s Pearl captures the spirit of global exploration in one exquisite bite.

This creation features a European oyster, topped with Thai shrimp, North American salmon roe, and Japanese ebiko each ingredient symbolising a destination and culture united through taste. Together, they form a “world on a plate,” where land and sea meet in harmony.

The dish is inspired by Trip.com and created in collaboration between Daniel Notkin, the Oyster King of Canada, and Chef Sittikorn, Executive Chef of Chatrium Grand Bangkok.
