Lunar New Year Feasts at METT Singapore
Welcome the new year on a delicious note with three new signature Lunar New Year banquet menus 福 Prosperity, 康 Longevity, and 宁 Blessings. Served within the hotel’s elegant event spaces, the menus provide an elevated format for hosting larger family reunions and corporate festivities with ease and include dishes such as succulent prosperity prawns, imperial roast duck, braised abalone and crispy roasted chicken with shredded golden egg.

Eight Strands of Prosperity Yu Sheng
Toss to the year of the horse with this showstopping Chinese New Year centrepiece, an artistic interpretation of the traditional Yu Sheng with an impressive scale for up to 20 guests. Valentine’s Day Dinner at L’Amo Bistrò del Mare
L’Amo Bistrò del Mare sets the stage for Valentine’s with an intimate five-course coastal Italian dinner by Chef Daniele Sperindio, accompanied by live piano music. Enjoy dinner under the stars at l’Amo’s garden terrace, surrounded by sparkling lights and the scent of Italian lemon trees.
It’s an Italian love affair with a menu that begins with L’Aperitivo Misto of whipped burrata bruschetta, Irish oyster and kingfish tartare, followed by Chef’s famous handmade 32-egg-yolk Campanelle with Boston lobster. The evening continues with Spigola al Cartoccio (salt-baked sea bass) and Anatra di Fine Inverno (maple-leaf smoked duck breast), ending on a sweet note with a white chocolate fondente with raspberry, rose and pistachio.

Exquisite patisserie such as Strawberry & Sakura Shortcake, Tiramisu Cup and a Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée Tartlet follow, accompanied by freshly baked scones served from a roaming trolley, with the option to elevate the experience with Champagne or our signature Martinis.

Anchoring the season’s social calendar, METT Singapore presents a first-of-its-kind two-night bar collaboration that brings together three acclaimed bar concepts across two venues under Sunset Hospitality Group, Sushi Samba and Canning Bar & Lounge.
Led by award-winning mixologist Arijit Bose, the collaboration unites Bar Spirit Forward (#37, Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025), Una Hacienda and Bar Outrigger (#55, Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025), presenting a rotating menu of cocktails across two distinct nights. Designed as a journey, the two-night format offers guests the opportunity to experience different cocktail philosophies, moods and venues over two electric evenings.
