This flavor-bursting one-dish meal served with two large prawns had a lightness and freshness to it combining different textures that tickled our taste buds.
Stir-Fried Pork with Hot Basil served with Rice and a Fried Egg
When it comes to our favourite Thai food, pad Ka Prao tops our list and Centara’s Kra Pao was done just right, the meat and holy basil stir-fry gave a burst of umami that’s hard to compete with, if you’re a ‘KraPao Aholic ‘like me, the Kra Pao Moo is a must!
