Coast Beach Club and Bistro, Pattaya is a name synonymous with great food and drink, stunning sunsets and laid back cool atmosphere. It is located on the beachfront of Thailand’s leading resort, Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya.

In the second event in the Dining Under the Stars series, Coast Beach Club present a one-time Gin Dinner.

The first gin from Japan’s Legendary Suntory – Roku Gin. This is made using a selection of botanicals, including six Japanese ones that provide a whistle-stop tour of the four seasons. These include sakura leaf and sakura flower for spring, sencha tea and gyokuro tea for summer, sansho pepper for autumn and yuzu peel for winter. Traditional gin botanicals also featured include the likes of juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander and cinnamon.

The Evening’s Pairing will be that which will bring together the flavours and notes of Japanese botanicals and the food of Coast Beach Club and Bistro Pattaya.

Our host and expert for the evening will be Shigeru Hirasawa, Japanese Spirits Brand Ambassador.

Seating is limited for this culinary journey, which will take place on the evening of Friday May 31 7:00 pm at Coast Beach Club and Bistro, Pattaya.

The menu for the night promises a diverse combination of coastal cuisine which highlight the fresh and flavourful ingredients that makes Coast a favourite dining destination for travelers.

The full five courses with Gin pairing is priced at Bt1,000 ++ per person.
