The Riviera Group attended the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2023 on the 17th November together with over 500 of Thailand’s leading Property Developers, Architects and Designers.

For the 2nd year, The Riviera Group was awarded the most prestigious Award given to any project or Developer in the Eastern Seaboard notably “the Best Condominium Developer” 2023 award. The Riviera team was in attendance with 20 of their team showing support whilst the bosses Winston and Sukanya Gale were overseas.

As the year draws to a close, their latest project “Malibu” has established itself as yet another future Landmark project this time in the Pratumnak area with sales already advised at 60%.

Speaking to Winston Gale (MD Riviera Group) on “Malibu”, he said “It’s been an interesting project launch and post launch period for us, quite unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Starting life as a condo only project, then changing to a mixed-use Hotel project and then finally back to a 100% Residential project. It’s been complicated but the end result we feel is finally the best product and clearly buyers have spoken to that same opinion with the sales to date”.

 

Complicated indeed but things work out in the end, especially when you’re a market leader. We noticed recently in Central Shopping Centre an agent with a Malibu building model, striking it was against the busy backdrop of competition. This we’ve found over the years is typical of the attention to detail that makes these guys keep on picking up prestigious awards and selling strong.

Construction for Malibu is on time and well underway with reportedly the Piling phase due to finish at the end of this year. Then by Songkran, we will see the building coming up to the 5th Floor.

As for Sales, Foreign Quota units are still available showing the strength in the Thai Market towards the Project with several Premium units still available.
