Located on the ground floor of Siam@Siam Design Hotel Pattaya, within stumbling distance of the iconic Pattaya Beach, On The Road is a new type of day-and-night hangout for the coastal city.
With a decor that references breezy Palm Springs mid-century chic, the venue celebrates the freedom of the wide-open road and endless summers at the beach.

Pass through the bamboo curtains and you’ll find yourself in a light and airy dining room, where custom-made furniture in vibrant patterns bring a sleek ‘70s vibe, and handwoven hanging chairs and rattan cage pendant lights set up a bohemian mood. Neon lights, terrazzo tables and long comfy mattresses add to the social feel.
Pull up a high stool at the open bar where a wooden counter sits atop mid-century white breeze blocks. Nearby, guests can also find low-slung armchairs with colourful cushions ready for some well-earned R&R as well.
For a golden hour that really glows, head to the boho-chic terrace where you’ll find broad seats and rugged wooden tables surrounded by greenery so you can take everything easy-breezy.
Open from dawn to late at night, On The Road serves up a menu of redefined comfort food made with locally sourced ingredients. Beyond wholesome salad bowls, rolls and open sandwiches, the restaurant pumps out a selection of bakery-fresh pastries ranging from hefty croissants to cronuts, full-flavoured cakes to tarts.
Try the Tarte Tartin, a scrumptious mix of caramelised apple, puff and vanilla ice cream, or indulge yourself with the Lemon Pie Tart starring the fluffiest meringue in town. Seeking some crunch in your life? Looking no further than the cronut, a croissant-meets-doughnut pastry, which comes in flavours like peanut butter, raspberry or Nutella.
The highlight healthy bowls take inspiration from a multitude of international cuisines, such as the Chipotle Tahini Bowl, which brings together the Middle East and Mexican influences through its combination of sweet potato, kale, avocado, egg, tahini and a zinging chipotle sauce. While the Banh Mi Bowl deconstructs Vietnam’s iconic street sandwich or go healthy with Apple Cranberry with crunchy ice plant.
Get a taste of the sea with the Lobster Roll or Crab Roll zested up with New England sauce. Ramp up your meal with an open sandwich like the Salmon Gravlax, spruced up with tzatziki, or the Roasted Beef, which brings together tataki-style roasted beef with cheese and Argentinian chimichurri sauce.
