UNO MAS is excited to present its brand new Seasonal Tasting Menu, which has been curated by UNO MAS executive chef Sandro Aguilera and his team

You can try all of the six courses on the 54th floor of Centara Grand at Central World from the start of October 2018 for a fixed price of Bt1,950++ or simply pay per dish (a la carte style).

The menu takes on a distinctly light and fresh feel, showcasing the best in-season produce that has been imported directly from Spain and the wider Mediterranean region.

We kick off with Hen Egg,a delightful amuse bouche consisting of organic egg yolk, truffle and porcini flavouring, followed by an ‘Eggplant cream’ with tuna belly and grilled onion beetroot oil.

Next is the Salmon Trout, which is accompanied by charcoal aroma burrata cheese and pomegranate dressing, before a final fish-based dish of John Dory with vanilla potato cream, beetroot oil, asparagus, Marcona almonds, carrot, and lemon powder.

Before dessert, a final main course of Pyrenees Duck is served, with the roasted duck breast plated up alongside porcini, duck foiegras, grain mustard, porcini puree, and duck reduction. Followed by Apricots, Caramelized puff pastry, apricot comfit honey cream saffron ice cream.

UNO MAS’s new Seasonal Tasting Menu is priced at just Bt1,950++ (for six courses) with the option of a wine pairing for each course priced at an additional Bt1,290++ per person.
