The restaurant is situated on the 3rd floor of the Riverside Plaza and operated by Anantara Riverside Bangkok and combines authentic Asian dining with a unique ambience.

The concept is based on a fictional tale of three Sichuan sisters, immortalised in portraits displayed throughout the lounge. The story follows a poet, a performer and a cook scattered to the winds to seek their fortunes. Their meandering journeys are woven into the décor and their adventures expressed in the cuisine, the drinks and the spaces. Spice & Barley invites guests to celebrate the sisters’ happy reunion on the banks of the Chao Phraya; to discover dramatic displays on The Stage; share a dish or a drink at the Barley Bar and take in the view from the Pepper Deck.
