Neapolitan chef GIOVANNI CARANNANTE has created his own seafood trattoria with emphasis on fish, Mediterranean seafood and incredible homemade pasta, this Italian cuisine is as close as the city comes to true trattoria dining.

With a mix of delicate food bursting with traditional flavors from go-to authentic Naples style pizza to a delicious choice of Carne share the menu with more creative touches like their outstanding mixed seafood appetizers.

The restaurant itself has a nautical feel with blue and white decor in a Mediterranean-style setting the mood for easy-going dining a mix of class and casual charm, only heightened by an excellent wine list.

Since we’ve mentioned the wine-list we must make particular mention of chef Giovanni’s unique wine cellar, which can be seen through a glass-bricked flooring under the main dining area in the restaurant. A very special touch that simply shows the class of the man himself.

“We are a Seafood Restaurant that specialized in seafood cuisine and seafood dishes, such as fish and shellfish.

The concept is focused on the preparation and service of fresh seafood and fish. The restaurant is a marine-themed decor with decoration such as fishnet, nautical image, and image from the chef’s hometown country (Naples Italy).

Fare can vary due to seasonality in fish availability and in fish industries. We also offer additional non-seafood items, such as chicken beef dishes and classic Neapolitan Pizza.”
