Ginger Farm Kitchen, the renowned Thai restaurant from Chaing Mai, has finally opened a branch in Pattaya, at Terminal 21. The eatery is known for serving up healthy versions of traditional northern fare.

At Ginger Farm Kitchen, all the main ingredients are sourced from local, sustainable and organic suppliers from different parts of Thailand, including meat raised without artificial growth hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.

Where it Began

GINGER FARM is a working farm conducting workshops mainly for kids but also adults where they can get to experience life on a Thai farm and other related activities.

“When people come together, they need food, so we opened GINGER FARM KITCHEN serving mainly traditional Thai food with focus on dishes from the North. Early on we made a decision that we wanted to go organic and free range as much as we can to ensure that our visitors are provided with a safe environment and food. Our food is cooked in the old traditional way with vegetables and herbs from our own garden and without the use of MSG.”

“The farm became popular and so became our food. When we got offered a prime location in Chiang Mai, we decided it was time to bring GINGER FARM KITCHEN to the city with a “FARM TO CITY” concept.

Since then, three more have been added in Bangkok and now Pattaya”.
